<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">为深入贯彻全国、全省教育大会和新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神，进一步深化创新创业教育改革，加快培养造就创新创业生力军，根据湖南省教育厅《关于报送<span lang="EN-US">2019</span>年度湖南省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目的通知》<span lang="EN-US">(</span>湘教通〔<span lang="EN-US">2019</span>〕<span lang="EN-US">100</span>号<span lang="EN-US">)</span>，学校决定组织开展<span lang="EN-US">2019</span>年度大学生创新创业训练计划项目申报工作，现将有关事项通知如下：</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 黑体; color: black">一、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 黑体; color: black">项目类型</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">按照省教育厅“创新创业训练计划项目”建立实施体系要求，以及学校大学生创新创业团队建设的要求，学校决定将原教务处负责的“研究性学习与创新性实验计划项目”，创新创业教育中心负责的“创新创业团队”，团委负责的“科技创新基金项目”整合为新的“创新创业训练计划项目”，具体包括创新训练项目、创业训练项目和创业实践项目三类。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">1.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">创新训练项目：本科生个人或团队在导师指导下，自主完成创新性研究项目设计、项目实施、研究报告撰写、成果（学术）交流等工作。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">2.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">创业训练项目：本科生团队在导师指导下，团队中每个学生在项目实施过程中扮演一个或多个具体的角色，通过社会调查、市场分析等方法手段设计一项具有科技创新、文化创意和市场前景的概念型产品或服务，编制一份完整、具体、可行的商业计划方案<span lang="EN-US">,</span>并在此基础上模拟企业运行进行一定程度的验证试验，撰写创业计划报告。</span></p>
<p align="left" class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; text-align: left; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28.95pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">3.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">创业实践项目：学生团队在学校和企业导师共同指导下，基于前期创新创业训练项目的成果，提出一项具有市场前景的创新性产品或服务进行创业实践，真实创办企业并实现有效运行。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 黑体; color: black">二、项目要求</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">（一）项目申请人。项目面向在校全日制大学生申报，申报者可为个人或团队，每名学生在校期间只能负责（或参加）<span lang="EN-US">1</span>项创新训练、创业训练或创业实践项目，不得同时在不同项目之间交叉申报，请各项目组严格按照要求进行申报，各学院要严格把关，一经发现一人同时申报或参加多个项目者，取消申报资格。团队不超过<span lang="EN-US">5</span>人，成员必须分工明确。毕业年级学生和已有省级项目的学生不得作为主持人申报。<b>推荐为省级创新创业训练项目的必须为全日制在读本科生主持和参加的项目。</b></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">（二）项目负责人。项目负责人应在毕业前完成项目研究，创业实践项目负责人毕业后可根据情况更换负责人（更换负责人须填写《大学生创新创业训练计划项目变更申请表》），或在能继续履行项目负责人职责的情况下，以大学生自主创业者的身份继续担任项目负责人。创业实践项目结束时，要按照有关法律法规和政策妥善处理各项知识产权等事宜。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: "仿宋_GB2312","serif"; color: black">（三）项目指导老师。具有讲师以上职称或博士学位，最多指导一个项目（未结题项目的教师不得作为指导教师）。指导教师不得同时指导校本部和东方科技学院学生申报的“大学生创新创业训练计划项目”。</span></p>
